I’m a goal-getter, and I like to think I help turn goals into addresses - something I’ve had the privilege of doing through 149 transactions (and counting) as of December 2025, representing a mix of first-time buyers, sellers, repeat clients, and everything in between. Since starting in 2020, I’ve consistently ranked in the top 10% of agents in Hampton Roads, with over $53 million in closed volume, the majority of which comes from referrals.

My business is built on more than just opening doors - it’s built on strategy. Whether it’s helping buyers win in competitive situations, guiding sellers through multiple-offer scenarios, or navigating the gray areas (appraisals, inspections, negotiations… you know, the fun stuff), I’ve seen just about every version of a deal - and how to get it to the finish line.

I have a classic Type-A personality, which means systems are my love language. I use them to keep everything (and everyone) on track, while continuing to invest in my education and sharpen my skillset. Real estate is an industry that never sits still, and luckily, I’m the kind of person who genuinely enjoys keeping up.

I also believe that good communication is the bridge between confusion and clarity. Will you ever need to fully understand every page of a 20+ page contract? No - and that’s exactly why I’m here. From regular check-ins to custom visual guides I’ve created over the years, my goal is to make sure you always know what’s happening and what’s coming next. And that support doesn’t stop at closing - if you own a home, I plan to be in your circle of trust for the long haul.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me around Hampton Roads with my husband, Steven. We met at Hampton Roads Pride in 2013 and got married in 2017. In the span of 8 years, we moved 6 times - living in Chesapeake, Norfolk, and now Virginia Beach - buying, selling, and renovating along the way. That firsthand experience is a big part of how I show up for my clients today… and trust me, we’ve learned a few things the hard way so you don’t have to.
