Before We Ever Step Into a House…
A few decisions we’ll want to have buttoned up early (this is how we move fast without feeling rushed):
Pre-approval, preferably with a local lender. If you don’t have one yet, don’t worry - I work alongside some amazing lenders and I’m happy to connect you!
Closing attorney… earnest money logistics matter here. If both of these things sound like a foreign language to you, it’ll make sense by the end of our appointment.
Home inspector because things move quickly once you’re under contract!
